Everyone experiences a least one in his or her lifetime. A vortex of change, a time where we feel inexplicably tested in seemingly insurmountable ways. When we experience loss, heartache, disappointments or trauma it can and often does leave us feeling as though we're spiraling uncontrollably downward.

Let’s face it life is about overcoming obstacles, navigating challenges and change. There's more and more evidence about how negative emotions accumulate in our bodies and eventually have an adverse impact on our health and well being. Life is always giving us opportunities to show up for ourselves, showing us ways to expand, adapt and grow.

Big changes, especially unexpected ones such as divorce, death, job loss,  financial loss, health problems can and do leave an imprint on our psyches.  Our ability or inability to move on and process these feelings affects how well we adapt,  or whether or not we are able to enjoy life again. It all depends on our attitudes and how we process grief, pain, loss and disappointments.

When things don't go particularly well for us and we're faced with numerous set backs at once it’s easy to feel as though life is working against us. It can leave us feeling hopeless, resulting in overwhelm, loneliness and even depression.

Transcending obstacles, clearing limiting beliefs, and defining a life for ourselves in the aftermath of loss is what transformation is all about. Through self-discovery and learning tools for self care and self love we are able to discover ways to move through life's challenges. By learning to transcend negative emotions and setbacks we find ways to become wiser, stronger, and end up feeling a lot more vibrant and perhaps even a little bit more evolved.

When we create a life that supports us on the mental, emotional and Spiritual level we align ourselves with our highest potential. In order to do this more effectively it helps to have support, a teacher or a guide someone to mentor us through this deep inner journey. All relationships are transformed when we are able to access our joy again. When we heal old Samskara's (Indian philosophy, the concept of imprints or impressions left on the mind,) only then are we truly available to hearing the calling of our Soul. Only then can we truly learn to fulfill our life's purpose and open ourselves to experiencing love on all its' levels.

Five Sutras for the Aquarian Age

1. Recognize the other person as you

See yourself in everyone! We’re all one and the same!

 2. There is a way through every block!

Ask yourself what you can learn thru this?

Spiritual Assignment; listen to your INNER Guidance.

Wake Up!  Stop, tune in and listen!

3. When the Time is On YOU, Start!

When you “begin” the pressure will be off you!

 4. Start Now!

That is when you will feel relief!

And when you feel helpless, help someone!

5. Understanding through Compassion!

We’re all in this together!  Ask yourself, how can I GIVE more?

There are no idle thoughts, what are you creating with your thoughts right now?  FORGIVE!

Vibrate with the Cosmos! And the Cosmos shall clear the path!
